FREE Beginner Abstract Group

I hesitate to call this a class, it's more of an exploration with a group of curious peers much like yourself.

Have you ever been interested in creating abstract work? Are you intrigued by  artwork you see, wondering how a person could make something so eye-catching?

I believe we are all artists, trying to find ways to express ourselves, within our daily lives. Often by the end of the day, we don't have much to give, or we don't know where to start, so we push that desire to express ourselves to the side, and we hope one day it will miraculously take over and we will have no choice but to create. While, this may be true for some, I think the majority of us, need to make the time, and space to try different things. We require a regular date with ourselves to push past the fear of a blank canvas, or the mystery of all of those materials and tools. We need patience, support, and the ability to chase what intrigues us.

This is where my FREE Beginner Abstract Group comes in.

This is a FREE 1 hour group that will meet weekly via Zoom starting March 2024. There will be no obligation to share your work, your face, or your thoughts, I want you to feel 100% comfortable showing up just as you are.

This will not be a step by step guide to copy a particular style, or painting. This will be learning basics about materials, tools and most importantly, encouragement and inspiration to simply try whatever it is you would like to do.
